Our operating model is designed to clearly define our respective accountabilities. This includes a Board of Directors, a Management Team as well as Technical and Administrative Support.

Board of Directors
Our strong leadership is the cornerstone of Newport Mining PLC. We have appointed an experienced and strong Board of Directors to overview and direct Newport Mining PLC with the Board being responsible for the vision and implementation of the position values of the corporation.

Management and Industry Professionals
Our people are fully qualified and experienced and take leadership for managing the various projects in an accountable and professional manner.

Technical and Administration
This team provides the information and support that is required for an efficient and well-run organisation. As with most successful corporations, Newport Mining PLC has a policy of utilising professional external services to achieve the most efficient accomplishment of our objectives when these cannot be achieved by our own team.
