As founder of ORDIOR, he led teams across the USA, Australia, Kenya, Bangladesh, and Europe, building AI-enabled rights-forensics, verification, and metadata governance systems capable of managing billions of records.

Prior to this, Damien spent more than two decades as CEO and Technology Architect for Blue Pie Productions USA and the DJ Central Group, where he oversaw digital distribution infrastructure, cloud-based analytics pipelines, and international operations across five continents. His experience managing vast content libraries, multi-territory investor networks, and international compliance frameworks underpins his ability to build and govern complex mining-sector data systems, where accuracy and traceability are non-negotiable.

• Drive digital transformation across all Newport Mining projects, including future acquisitions and JVs.
